Returns

I am sssooooo ticked rights now. I ordered ytwo items, same size. One's too large, One's too small. Turns out that the information included in my package does not apply for Canadian customers. They didn't send an order confirmation, so imagine my surprise to realize that the discounts are only for their preferred American customers. (Yet they still keep inundating my email with specials, etc.) The company information is misleading, dishonest and certainly ambiguous. And after all this, it is probably not possible that I will an actually receive a refund. Placing an order with them is an unpleasant experience at best.

$103 "refund" expired?

I have an e-gift card from a return I did a few years ago, as they only give store credit for returns.

The amount is $103.23. I tried to use it today & it gave me an error. I called customer service & after 18 minutes of the agent continually telling me "just a second" and muting me to talk to her friend (I only know this because she forgot to hit the mute button a few times), she told me I could not use my credit as it expired 90 days after I received it.

I responded that my print out of the e-card states "our e-gift cards never expire". She said she would need to transfer me to a specialist and put me on hold. After waiting on hold, a recording came on to tell me that they are closed.

Seeing as I returned merchandise which is in their possession and they gave me an e-gift card that says "our e-gift cards never expire" that I cannot use, I surmise that I was duped and basically robbed of #103.23 + the shipping it cost to do the return.

The 3 bikinis, 1 one-piece, 3 coverups & 1 bandeau top that I purchased throughout the years past are very nice, fit well and lasted a long time. I am a fan of Ashley Graham and bought some of her styles. I held on to my e-gift card from a return, to use when it came time to replace them and here we are.... An expired gift card that doesn't expire.

I am very disappointed especially after telling anyone who asked about what a great find this store was. I see that below this review, I am to enter the order number from the returned order. I have that but the agent never asked for it.

I will update this review if the situation is rectified.

I thought this used to be a reputable…

I thought this used to be a reputable business but, something has changed. Ordered a bathing suit but instead they sent me a top portion only. I returned it to the company months ago but, they've never reimbursed me.

Be careful about this Company!

I ordered two suits in May. Of this year. I paid $99. I was ok with the suits, but then my card was charged $19.18 for Z3 months. I tried to contact them but they said they couldn't find my order but kept billing me. Finally I got in touch with someone who said that it was a Bonus subscription from some other company that was named Clarace? This company is a scam be careful!

They sent me the wrong size and want me to fix it for them

They sent me the wrong size. It's hard for me to get out, so that's why I ordered online. they want me to package up the suit and travel miles to mail it back, and in the meantime they charged my card for another suit to mail to me in the correct size. It was their mistake, but they want me to fix it for them. I proposed they send the correct size and I toss the wrong size one. They refused. I am not fixing and paying for their mistake. I would never shop here again. terrible customer service!

Avoid this company

My order took 4 months to be delivered.
I'd ordered 2 items and I received NEITHER of them. Instead I got 2 random items.
I needed to contact a number of companies before I was able to connect with this company. Then I needed to go to hospital. It transpired that by the time I was well enough to contact them, 6 months had elapsed. Despite getting completely different garments to those I'd ordered and taking 4 months to arrive, I was blankly refused any assistance. I tried to speak to a supervisor but was consistently stonewalled. Was advised the only way to contact a supervisor was to phone. They would not give me a name of a supervisor to ask for. I did phone, despite being in a different country, and was again prevented from speaking to a supervisor. Essentially more money wasted.

I found the whole experience was completely frustrating, disappointing and upsetting.

I have been left with incorrect, unusable items.

Find another place to buy your suit

All the complaints about customer service return policy etc are true ‼ I bought and returned over $200 worth of swimsuits and I can't get anything for it. They wanted to send me another return label but they waited till after the 60th day to do so so I could only get store credit. When asking for store credit they said oh you had to let us know before the 60th day. Therefore they got the return of all the suits, and they gave me no money or credit. Scam rewards program

The swimsuits I bought were fine but I somehow enrolled in their rewards program which costs $16.95 per month - not something that I would have enrolled in if I knew about the charge. It took phone calls to two different numbers to cancel and they are not going to refund the two months they charged me before I realized what was happening. It is a total scam.

They are holding my money hostage

They are holding my money hostage! They sent totally the wrong thing and will not make it right. At the same time as not refunding me for the suit they never shipped charged me some BS “member fee”. I will be issuing 2 chargebacks from my credit card company tomorrow. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

WORST customer service and returners - DO NOT BUY!

Have ordered in past and liked items but never had to return/exchange. Sent 2 times back in their bag, label and invoice. They charge $10.99 shipping return fee ( rip off). I sent in 3 weeks ago and no word. Call customer service line and it's a bunch of promotions followed buy an automated line that doesn't recognize why your calling and gives you another number to call which is DirectTV. Did the chat feature, sat on hold because it only wanted to help me purchase not with a return. Finally get through and the guy tells me that 1) my order has been receive yet. Then 2) oh was received by the post office 4 days ago and that's past the 60 day return so it can't be accepted. What happens now when you receive my package do I get it back? 3) No, the company donates it! Are you kidding me. It's my paid for products and your not going to give it back to me? He said "no, that's the consequences of returning it late."

4 weeks for me! Grrrrr I have not received responses to my email inquiries. I counted on this suit to take on a vacation. If you read the reviews you see that they are terrible. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

A:

Same thing happened to me! If you used their return shipping labels, they will charge you at least $10 for shipping before they credit your card. I thought the return shipping was free since they charged me $20 to ship the first time! Total scam! Never do business with these yahoos!

A:

You have to take it up with your credit card company to get refund for the rip off. I ordered my suit 4 weeks ago and have not received it. I will be taking it up with the credit card that I used to purchase the suit. You cannot be charged for something you did not receive.

Hi My order has simply not shown up and I have contacted "Swimsuits for all" three times on line and they are not answering my questions.. I either get a generic reply which is not giving me an answer, or no reply at all. What can I do to get an answer??

Send a PRINTED LETTER WITH BLUE INK SIGNATURE, send SIGNATURE REQUIRED VIA UPS OR POST OFFICE to the corporate address on web site. THIS STARTS A LEGAL FILE! Emails do not! Just give facts, order date, items ordered, customer service conversations (or lack of) and then circumstance. Leave out emotional stuff. Ok to state frustration. Make at least 3 copies of your letter for legal file. Make sure all your contact info is included, except email. Request all responses by mail. Good luck
